Recipe Of The Week: Pear Feta & Walnut Salad

It is scorching hot here in Italy and so sometimes all we feel like is just simple salads and lots of fruit. Hence today’s recipe is a salad that combines both and is so easy to make. Only 5 ingredients and it is one of our summer favourites.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

A handful of rucola

A handful of radicchio

1 pearwashed and cut into thin slices

Feta

A handful of walnuts

Oiive oil

Apple cider or balsamic vinegar

This is really so easy and simple we love it! Place the rucola and radicchio on the plate, position the sliced pear on top, sprinkle the the feta and add the walnuts. Season to your liking and enjoy!
