Haslam’s Luxury Penthouse

12th March 2010

Here is a sneak peek at Nicky Haslam’s latest project, a luxury penthouse on Park Lane, Mayfair. This 5,000sqft project combines a 1940’s New York Style with a bit of Hollywood glamour mixed with an English sensibility. All perfectly combined creating exquisite and elegant interiors.

The apartments at Avenfield House with open views of Hyde Park boast terraces made with unpolished marble and water features, air-conditioning, Lutron lighting and Creston controls. Mr Haslam has incorporated floating double staircases with leather handrails  a gentleman’s dressing area with Stingray on the wall and etched antique mirrors in the lady’s equivalent area.

The two penthouses are thought to be the most expensive rental properties currently in the UK, at an asking price of £25,000 a week!! So while the majority of us can dream living in such luxurious interiors we can still have a look and get inspired.

Enjoy your weekend!

nice interiors, a pity the photography does not have the wow factor that designs like this should comfortably aspire to

    Arianna,

Now these are gorgeous interiors — dark colors on the walls — I love the look. Actually I have written several blog posts that you might enjoy: http://www.abcddesign.com/?s=decorating+dark
