Tea Time!!!

Bank holiday weekend is nearly here so to get us in the mood lets sit back and think about having some afternoon tea. I’m not talking about any kind of afternoon tea but one with luxurious and glamorous surroundings which can only be the settings of the master himself, architect and designer David Collins.

The Palm Court at the Langham Hotel followed a lavish £80m refurbishment transforming it into one of the most fashionable places for tea and has also been awarded the Tea Guild Membership in recognition of its outstanding quality.

Full of plush fabrics and gold encrusted walls, relax on a velvet stool and take in the glamorous era you feel you have been transported back to. Choosing a tea has never been more difficult as there are 30 different types! If you think that is hard work try choosing a champagne with over 40 varieties…..Life can be hard work 😉
