Wedding Inspiration
Hello my lovelies sorry for the long silence on the blog but lately it has been a very hectic period. Not only am I working on the finishing touches for Heart Home magazine’s Summer issue but I’m busy trying to organise my big move to Italy. And then I get some exciting news, a friend of mine is getting married next year sometime and would love me to help her style her wedding. I cannot hide my excitement – how fun can this be. I love weddings, it’s the hopeless romantic in me.
It is always this time of the year that wedding season comes to full swing. I already have a few to go to in the summer and I cannot wait. This lovely weather is putting me in a great mood and I’m already plotting away…

My friends "Jumping the Broom" Ceremony (a traditional Gypsy weeding) was decorated with childrens bikes, painted white. Strange but effective.
And instead of a cake, they asked their closest friends to each make a cake, and provided a story, and had a wedding cake tree to show them all off.
