‘Chocolate mousse has always been one of my favourite desserts so I wanted to make a healthy option that I can indulge in without feeling guilty. This tastes good and is super easy to make’
1 Ripe avocado
1 – 2 heaped tablespoons of raw cacao powder depending on how strong you like it. I only use 1 tablespoon.
1- 2 tablespoons of raw honey depending on how sweet you like it. I normally use just 1.
A handful of raspberries.
Place the flesh of the avocado together with the raw cacao powder and honey into the blender and blend till smooth. Taste and adjust according to how you like it. You may decide to put more honey or cacao powder. Once ready pour into two ramekins and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve with raspberries and enjoy this delicious treat!
