Back Pain & Comfy Outfits
Hello my lovelies, sorry for the long silence on the blog but I’ve been suffering from back pains lately so I took a much needed break focussing on me and getting better. They started few weeks ago but it’s a problem that has obviously been building for quite some time now so my back is all inflamed. The pain killers have helped and I’m now seeing a great chiropractor who is hopefully going to put me back on the mend. It was sad to cancel blog tour in California but at the end of the day it was important for me to take time out and really concentrate on my health and just taking more care of myself. Years of sitting in front of a laptop have surely not helped and taken its toll on my poor back.
Anyway I don’t want to bore you any longer so lets talk fashion. When you’re feeling down it’s amazing what a little retail therapy can do – it really can lift your mood. So while I’ve ditched my beloved heels for a while it’s time to opt for a casual comfy look without looking frumpy. So I wanted to share with you two looks that I went for. I’m kinda digging ripped jeans at the moment – perfect for a casual laid back look – however not ideal for meetings 😉 Let me know what you think?!
Here I’m wearing: Ripped Jeans by Paige, T.shirt by Sincerely Jules, Jacket by Zara from old collection but you can find a similar looking jacket here, Bag by Zara, Shoes by Senso, Cap by New Era cap.
Here I’m wearing: Blue jumper by Zara – from new collection but you can find a similar one online here, Ripped jeans by Paige, Nike trainers, Chloe bag, Ray Ban sunglasses.

23rd October 2014 at 12:57 pmHi Arianna!!!
Very sad to read about your back pains! And particularly because I completely understand you! My back is in a mess too… Some years ago I had terrible pains in my back for 6 weeks at least. A nightmare…Ita was right past Christmas and I had to walk sooooo slowly, otherwise I had pains. Gym is very important (not now, but when you’re better) and the doctor always kept saying me that I must not put on weight. I always fear that sooner or later my pains will be back! Sigh… Get well soon my dear frined! 🙂 Anyway, love your posts! And I do love your ideas for a comfy and trendy outfit with low heels (heels quite destroy my back). Kisses!!! Marta
