Matcha Chia Pudding
My sister and I are loving matcha at the moment. We are putting it everywhere. We were playing around in the kitchen and came up with this yummy healthy matcha chia pudding. Matcha is green tea leaves that have been ground to a very fine powder. It is rich in antioxidants and a great energy boost. It is also so versatile which makes it so great! We hope you will enjoy it as much as we did!
3 Tablespoons of chia seeds
1 Teaspoon of matcha powder
2 Tablespoons of coyo coconut yoghurt
11/2 Cups of almond milk
1-2 Teaspoons of raw honey or maple syrup (adjust to how sweet you like it)
For the toppings
Place all the ingredients for the chia pudding except the chia seeds into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and mix in the chia seeds. Place it in the fridge. Best to keep it over night so it sets properly. Once the chia pudding is ready, spoon out half of the pudding so you can add your oats, sliced banana and almond butter. Place the remaining chia pudding on top and add the strawberries and enjoy!
