It’s that time of the year where we sit down and start thinking of our new years resolutions. I’m the girl that would write endless long lists, which lets be honest , it never worked out! I’ve learned to just stick to a couple and concentrate on those. This year my main goal is all about fitness. I want to start taking more care of myself and just lead a healthier lifestyle. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t believe in diets and I will never be obsessive about going to the gym, but I do believe in living a healthy lifestyle by eating well and exercising – all in moderation! My aim is to be stronger and just generally feel better, it’s not so much about how I look but how I feel.

Being the fashionista that I am, when it comes to working out I need that extra push of motivation. I always find a new pair of trainers or even a new sports bra makes me want to head to the gym. There are so many fab websites that sell great sports gear. I love Sweaty Betty for it’s simplicity and comfort which is perfect for pilates. I’m also currently obsessed with Copé Active, which sells luxury and sexy sportswear. Nike is always a firm favourite of mine alongside H&M sports section. Net-A-Porter also have a vast range of gorgeous stuff.
