The Good Life Eatery

18th June 2014

Awhile back I discovered The Good Life Eatery, a healthy café and London’s first free standing cold pressed juice bar. Opened in Chelsea on Sloane Avenue last summer, The Good Life Eatery advocates a healthier lifestyle with protein-rich smoothies, vegetable juices and healthy baked goods alongside the latest superfood salads.

This very small café gives a very west-coast vibe with a menu built around delicious and filling breakfast options, hearty salads, American style sandwiches and dishes to go. One of my favourite menu items is the ‘clean and Lean’, a best selling bowl of quiona, kale, roasted sweet potato, two poached eggs and almond pesto, totally yummy! They also offer vitality juices that are freshly made every morning, unique delicious smoothies and array of irresistible gluten free and vegan baked treats to satisfy your sugar cravings.

It has definitely become one of my favourite places and totally proves that eating healthy does not have to be boring and dull. It can be so hard somethings to find a place that caters for someone that is wheat or dairy intolerant so it’s great to see places like this opening in London. If you are in town do make sure to try it out and don’t forget to order their chia seed pudding, it’s totally divine!
