Autumn Picnics With Selfridges Christmas Hampers
With the festive season already upon us I’m feeling all Christmassy and enjoying a few outdoor picnics. Yes I am in complete denial that Winter is fast approaching and I am already thinking about the days being longer after the 21st December. I guess you could say I like to plan ahead!
So, making the most of these Autumn days I decided to have a little picnic and enjoy a few sweet treats from Selfridges Christmas hampers. We had ‘A taste of Christmas‘ gift box which comes in a gorgeous yellow striped hat box. Packaging on point is always a winner for me! My friend Christina was brave enough to join me on my mini outdoor feast, after all she does have a sweet tooth like me. We had the perfect afternoon tea with fruit-filled Christmas loaf cake to yummy chocolate biscuits and tea from Selfridges’ new festive spice collection. You could say it was the perfect trio of festive flavours to brighten our day and get us in the Holiday mood!
So give a girl cake, biscuits, tea, a girly chat and it should be enough to bring on some festive cheer!
The Gift box comes with this scrumptious fruit-filled Christmas loaf cake…
Tea from Selfridges’ new festive spice collection is an instant winner!
Not to mention these delicious chocolate biscuits…
How adorable is this gift box! Bright and with stripes too! Perfect to keep as a storage filler once you’ve devoured the contents 😉
If I’ve managed to tempt you a little and you want to treat someone special to this ‘A Taste of Christmas’ gift box or many others available from Selfridges, then have a look at their website here and make sure to order in time for Christmas…
In case you were wondering: Blanket is from The Future Kept, Jumper from Gap, Jeans from JBrand and boots from Warehouse.

21st November 2015 at 10:24 amThis makes me so hungry. Think you are very brave to be outside – we have lots of rain here! I’m inspired though, next bright sunny day – I’m going to head out for a walk and pack a picnic.
